About Me.
Hello, I’m Harrie (she/her) and I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist with the British Psychological Society and a Registered Practitioner Psychologist with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC).
I am an experienced, compassionate and client-centred Clinical Psychologist. Since qualifying from the University of East Anglia (UEA) in 2016, I have delivered evidence-based therapy, training and supervision within acute NHS hospital settings. I specialise in supporting individuals with chronic pain, a wide range of physical health conditions, trauma, anxiety and mood difficulties.
I use an integrative approach drawing on various evidence-based therapy models, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focussed Therapy (CFT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR).
I am passionate about tailoring the best available clinical evidence to support you to live more of the life you want to live. ‘Oneness’ represents the unity of both mind and body, the universality of life and human experience, and being at one with our lives.
I offer face to face private therapy sessions at Caley’s Apothecary in Wymondham which has good accessibility and free car parking. I also offer online therapy sessions.
