I am able to offer a free 10 minute consultation to help us both decide if we are able to work on your desired goals, if needed.

Therapy sessions usually run on a weekly basis, however this can be flexible dependent on your needs and availability.

Please arrive promptly for in-person sessions to begin at your scheduled time. For online sessions, please prepare a few minutes before your session by checking your internet connection, video and audio settings.

We will have a confidentiality agreement in place. Should I become aware of any risk of harm to yourself or others I will need to break confidentiality and follow due process. I will of course try to discuss this with you first, if possible.

Individual sessions start from £120 for 50 minutes. Please do get in touch to discuss your individual requirements.

Sessions are paid for by bank transfer in advance of sessions taking place.

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel a session. Unfortunately, sessions cancelled within 48 hrs of the session will incur the full cost.
